These terms apply to all relationships related to the use of the service between the user and Omakase.

2. Registration

Registration is completed when an application is submitted through the prescribed method and approved by Omakase. Applications may be rejected in cases such as false statements or past violations.

3. Account management

Users are responsible for managing their own IDs and passwords and may not transfer or lend them to third parties.

4. Fees and payment

If fees apply, they must be paid using the method separately specified by Omakase on the website.

5. Prohibited acts

• Violating laws or public order and morals
• Interfering with servers, networks, or service operation
• Collecting personal data of other users without authorization
• Impersonating another user
• Any other act Omakase deems inappropriate

6. Suspension of service

Omakase may suspend all or part of the service without prior notice for maintenance, outages, disasters, or other unavoidable reasons.

7. Restriction and cancellation

Omakase may restrict use or cancel registration without prior notice if these terms are violated or registration details are found to be false.

8. Disclaimer

Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, Omakase is not responsible for damages arising in connection with the service.

9. Changes to the service

Omakase may change or discontinue the service without prior notice.

10. Revisions to the terms

Omakase may revise these terms when necessary.

11. Notices

Notices between the user and Omakase will be made in the manner specified by Omakase.

12. Assignment

Users may not assign or pledge their contractual status or rights and obligations without prior written consent.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Japanese law, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with authority over Omakase’s head office.
