暗号資産ベースの予測市場プラットフォーム @Polymarket が、NYSE親会社のIntercontinental Exchange（ICE）から $600M の戦略的出資を受けました。
プロジェクト概要
Polymarketは、現実世界の出来事の結果に対してユーザーが取引できる予測市場プラットフォームです。スポーツ・政治・経済指標・エンタメなど幅広いカテゴリのマーケットを提供し、USDCで決済するスマートコントラクト基盤で動作します。2026年3月時点の月次取引高は約 $10B です。
米国市場への本格参入に向け、2025年7月にはCFTC認可の取引所・清算機関 QCEX を $112M で買収しています。2026年3月には Palantir および TWG AI と提携して「Vergence AI」エンジンを共同開発し、スポーツ予測市場における不審取引の検知・コンプライアンス報告を担う市場監視システムを構築中です。
ICEの出資経緯
ICEは2025年10月に最初の $1B 出資を行い、2026年2月には予測市場データをICEの機関投資家向け端末に組み込む「Polymarket Signals and Sentiment」ツールを発表しました。今回の $600M は既存の投資アレンジメントの最終トランシェです。ICEは既存株主から最大 $40M 分の二次購入も予定しており、ICEのPolymarketへの累計コミットメントは合計 $2B に達しました。
2025年10月時点の post-money 評価額は約 $9B で、今回のトランシェに対する評価額はICEが未開示としています。
