金融コンプライアンス自動化プラットフォームの Spektr が、NEA と PSV Tech 主導のシリーズ A で $20M を調達。
プロジェクト概要
Spektr は、金融機関の KYC・KYB・AML コンプライアンス業務を AI エージェントで自動化するコペンハーゲン発のプラットフォームです。オンボーディングから継続モニタリングまで、コンプライアンス担当者が手作業で処理していたワークフローを担います。
用途別に特化した AI エージェント群で構成されており、KYB AI・Doc Review AI・Source of Funds AI・Network Discovery AI を組み合わせて運用できます。企業調査・書類審査・受益所有者マッピング・リスク評価を処理し、アナリストが数時間かけていた作業を数分で完了するとのことです。Pleo、Santander Leasing、Mercuryo、Phantom、Monta が既存顧客です。
調達資金はエンジニアリング組織の拡充とロンドン・ニューヨークへのオフィス開設に充当します。ISO 27001:2022・SOC 2 Type II を取得済みで、データは EU 域内で処理されます。
チーム
CEO の Mikkel Skarnager と CTO の Ciprian Florescu は、デジタルオンボーディングスタートアップ HelloFlow を共同創業し、$50M 超で Trulioo へ売却した後、2023 年夏に Spektr を設立しています。
